I love a good quote (here's one)

Tech Savvy Coach

You built a brilliant coaching business. But somewhere between the email platform, the client onboarding, and the 47 tabs open, you got buried. I help you get out. Weekly tips, actual answers, no jargon.

Hello Reader,

I did some work for a fine arts organization this week and something shifted in me. My mind has been buzzing ever since. New blog post ideas. New knitting projects. New recipes I want to try. Fall does something to me that I can’t fully explain. I think it’s the smell of the air. Whatever it is, I’ll take it.

All of that creativity has me thinking about this quote. The one I love so much I once made it my Facebook cover photo.

“Be who you were created to be. And you will set the world on fire.”
— St. Catherine of Siena

When I first put those words up there, I was in a season of settling. Doing work I was capable of but not called to. Staying in lanes that felt safe but a little suffocating. This quote was a nudge, maybe more of a shove, to stop performing a smaller version of myself and start figuring out what I was actually here to do.

It led me here. To Tech Savvy Coach. To you.

And I think about it now in a different way, too. Because I watch brilliant coaches shrink themselves every single day, not because they don't know what they really want to do, but because the tech is eating them alive. And the coaching, the transformation, the work that actually sets things on fire, gets squeezed into whatever time is left over. The tech is supposed to support that, not replace it.

That’s not okay. It is disrespectful to your gifts to play small, and playing small sometimes looks like doing everything yourself when you were never meant to.

So today I just want to ask you: what would change if you actually got to show up as who you were created to be?

I'd love to know your answer.

Have a powerful day,
Allegra
